Louie the First


















Louie the First

1 1/2 ounces Sweet Vermouth 
1 ounce Scotch (I used Glenmorangie Original)
1/2 ounce Combier
1/2 ounce Gran Classico
Two dashes bitters (I used Basement Bitters)
Lemon Peel Garnish

Combine all but the garnish in an ice filled Boston shaker and shake to combine. Strain into a rocks glass with ice and garnish with a lemon peel. Be sure to release some of the oils from the peel into the drink and then swirl the peel around the edge of the glass. Sip and enjoy.
